Our program is taught in a group training environment. Our sessions are led by a qualified coach and are generally sixty minutes long. This will include:
Dynamic warm-up – Get your body temperature up and prepare your muscles for the work ahead. Work on any range of motion limitations.
Skill/practice – Time to work on the movements coming up in the day’s workout. Build strength, confidence and consistency under the watchful eye of a coach who wants you to be the best you can possibly be.
WOD – “Workout of the Day” The workout will be different every day – each one part of the larger program designed to improve your overall strength and conditioning.
Cool down/stretch -Either individually or as part of the group, now is the perfect time to stretch and cool down to limit soreness and increase flexibility.
