What is CrossFit?

CrossFit combines the best of weightlifting, powerlifting, running, rowing, gymnastics, etc. to provide the best broad, general and inclusive strength and conditioning program available.

CrossFit is:

Constantly varied – The workout changes every day. You will adapt more rapidly and are more likely in the long term to be ready for anything and everything that life throws at you.

Functional movement – Movements that can be used in every day life. Natural, multi-joint, compound movements that help you to move large loads, long distances, quickly.

High intensity – Working at a level that is challenging to you. All workouts are scaleable to suit your current skill and/or fitness level. As you get stronger, fitter and more experienced the intensity will increase to make sure you never reach a plateau.
